Balloon Luigi - Fan Piece

Luigi loves to float the day away! I had so much fun making this Luigi fan piece. I was inspired by some of his concept art for Mario Odyssey to give him some cute balloons to float with and also a few pins for his new King Boo backpack! Luigi has always been my favorite Mario brother (don't tell Mario) so it was great to just have fun with this piece.
